"An agent there told my father, who I was on a policy with, that they were dropping us due to too many claims and we had until the 15th than they wouldn’t cover us anymore. I got into an accident on the 10th and that’s when it was revealed that they weren’t covering us anymore, and it just so happen to be at noon, just an hour or 2 before the accident. and they didn’t even tell my car lot anything about it until they called them to check, and when they did, an agent told my car lot that we were dropped due to non payment. I don’t recall the agents name, but when they done their “investigation”, they determined there was nothing they can do for me leaving me with a almost totaled car and a mountain of legal troubles. Be careful dealing with any of the people that answers the phone."
